Spa Etiquette

Cell Phones
For the consideration of all guests, please turn off all cell phones while you are in the spa.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you time to fill out the client information forms.

Children
We love children, however, for your enjoyment and in consideration of other guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa, unless they are receiving services themselves.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are redeemable for any products and services offered at our spa, up to the dollar value indicated. They are non-refundable, fully transferable and never expire – some exceptions apply.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to hold your scheduled appointment we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice so we may contact clients on our waiting lists. Cancellations and No-shows have a very real cost to your esthetician. If a minimum of 6 hours notice is not received to reschedule or cancel your appointment you will be charged the full treatment cost.

Update Client Information Form
Many medications and conditions dictate what products can be used for your treatments. Please tell us of any changes since your last visit.

Gratuities
Gratuities may be given at your discretion in appreciation for services provided. Gratuities may be left by debit, credit card or cash.
